As an advisor and mentor, he helps entrepreneurs run their businesses, supporting them in making difficult decisions. He firmly believes that a company, which as an organism is internally healthy, is strong enough to face the challenges brought by the free market. Over 30 years of experience in running various businesses has taught him to appreciate the value of a holistic view of a company. Taking into account all individual conditions and levels that determine each company, he does not use the same solutions all the time. Based on his own model of Business Alchemy he has developed such solutions, which on one hand give a chance to achieve positive changes and at the same time are realistically possible to implement by the company and its resources.
