Jack Win is the Cofounder and Head of Operations at Exverus by Brainlabs, Adweek's 2024 Breakthrough Agency of the Year. In addition to running all the agency's software, IT, and ad ops functions; Jack is building proprietary AI solutions for workflow efficiency and better client deliverables. Before cofounding Exverus in 2014, Jack amassed another ten years of experience as a Digital Media Operations Manager and Product Manager at leading advertising agencies. Jack was awarded Adweek's 2025 Unsung Hero prize for his commitment to innovation and leads a subgroup of the Asian Hustle Network (AHN) for AAPI entrepreneurs.
