Jaime Hernandez Soto is one of the two founding partners of MCH Private Equity, founded in 1998. Jaime currently serves on the Board of Directors of Segur Iberica, Irestal and Marco Aldany; he is the President of ASCRI (Spanish Private Equity Association) and is a Board Member of EVCA (European Venture Capital Association). Prior to MCH, Jaime worked at Grucycsa as a member of its management team. He also worked in M&A at Lazard Freres et Cie. in Paris, at Banco Santander de Negocios (the investment bank of the Santander Group) and Banco Exterior de Espana (now BBVA) in Madrid and New York respectively.
