Jake is an Associate at Relay Ventures, an early stage venture fund exclusively focused on mobile software. Jake is responsible for seeking out new innovative companies with remarkable teams that are creating meaningful change in their industry. Prior to joining the team in 2015, Jake attended the Rotman School of Management full-time MBA program, with a concentration on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. At the Rotman school, he was actively involved with all things startup and venture related, including being a member of the Creative Destruction Lab and VP of the Rotman Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Association. Previous to Rotman, Jake was a Global Brand Manager at Spin Master, a Toronto-based children’s entertainment company. At Spin Master, he was responsible for managing the development, distribution, and marketing for the Tech and Action brand portfolios.
