James Agnew

James joined the firm in 2005 and has 18 years of financial services experience, including private equity investment, M&A, equity and debt capital raisings and a wide range of corporate finance and restructuring transactions. James has responsibilities that include the origination, negotiation, execution and monitoring of transactions. He is a non-executive director of a number of portfolio companies. He spent nine years in corporate finance at Credit Suisse First Boston. James holds a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Auckland (New Zealand).
