James Condela has over 15 year of experience in the energy sector with responsibilities ranging from engineering, project management, and business development to finance and accounting. Currently, Mr. Condela provides strategic and technical guidance to Universal Lubricants, a Pegasus portfolio company, to facilitate the company's business plan. Prior to Pegasus, Mr. Condela served as the Vice President of Finance for Changing World Technologies (“CWT”), a company that utilized a proprietary process to manufacture renewable fuels from organic-based waste. Mr. Condela was also with Hawkeye, LLC, a utility contractor based in the Northeast, U.S. that focuses on infrastructure projects. Prior to Hawkeye, Mr. Condela worked with KeySpan Services where he was responsible for the business development, financial modeling and project management of central energy plants and energy efficiency projects throughout the Northeast.
