Jim Wilson joined Rock Hill in September 2009 and assists in managing all aspects of the investment activities of the funds including fund raising, deal sourcing and investment management of portfolio companies. He functions as a liaison helping to manage relationships with our current and future investment partners. Before joining Rock Hill, he was founder and managing partner of RSTW Partners a mezzanine debt and private equity firm, and vice president of First Texas Merchant Banking Group and Gibraltar First Texas. He began his career at Arthur Young and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University. He recently finished his term on the Board of Regents of the Texas A&M University System.
