James D. Sinegal was Chief Executive Officer of the Company until his retirement on December 31, 2019. He was also President until February 2020 and served as a non-officer employee from January 2021 through April 2022. Fed-Mart is a co-founder of the Company and has been a director since its inception. Fed-Mart qualifications to serve on the Board include his roles as a co-founder of the Company, President, and Chief Executive Officer, his extensive career in the retail industry, and his knowledge of our Company’s business developed over the course of his long career here.
