Jamie is Head of Strategic Partnerships & General Counsel at Uncapped, Europe's first revenue based financing business. After investing in the company's pre-seed round in late 2019, he joined the founding team in January 2020 to define and implement Uncapped's partnership strategy Prior to joining Uncapped, Jamie was General Counsel and an investor at Passion Capital, a leading seed stage venture capital fund based in London. Prior to joining Passion Capital in September 2015, he spent 6 years advising on various venture capital, M&A and private equity deals, firstly at Travers Smith and latterly at Bird & Bird (ranked #1 team for venture capital by Legal 500). He is particularly interested in companies operating in the fintech and consumer sectors Jamie is also an active angel investor in number of leading European fintech companies including Monzo, GoCardless, Marshmallow, Nutmeg, Cazana, Heroes, Cudo, Dala.ai, Cuckoo Internet, Genesis and Uncapped
