Jan Dewijngaert

Jan Dewijngaert (°1959) is responsible for the activities of Gimv in Central and Eastern Europe. He is also Managing Director of Eagle Venture Partners and Gimv Czech Ventures. He is a member of the Investment Committee of various funds and director of various companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Jan Dewijngaert studied Civil Engineering (1982) and Industrial Policy (1983) at the KU Leuven. He followed a.o. the Advanced Management Program (2012) at the university of Chicago. Before joining Gimv in 1989, he worked for 5 years for KBC Bank in Brussels, Bremen and New York.
