Jan-Niklas is the CEO of XLHEALTH. He believes in the power of creative destruction that benefits society. Most promising driver for this are entrepreneurs and in the digital health sector, society can benefit twice – economically and through a healthier life. Thus, he is very much looking forward to supporting ambitious start-ups offering new compelling solutions and tearing down walls. Before joining XLHEALTH, Jan-Niklas developed an innovative hygiene product for the consumer market that is sold in over 4.000 retail outlets across Germany. Jan-Niklas also worked as a consultant for innovative and technology driven SMEs advising on strategic technology management decisions. He is a qualified Patent Engineer having profound theoretical and practical knowledge in IP matters. Prior to his business ventures he graduated as a PhD in the field of technology management at the University of Cambridge. He holds an MSc.
