Jana is advisor for startups and founders with her company Somea People Partners. She helps setting the right base for growth by working on a proper business model, getting the numbers right and helping to raise capital. After all she sets a proper foundation to form an efficient startup, that runs on KPIs and is organised with laser focus. After a 6 year advisory experience in M&A, strategy and reorganisation, Jana has cofounded two companies, helped to found more than twenty companies in the last 12 months and helps out as interims finance-manager in a few startups.
