Janusz is a Managing Director, Head of Investment Management Emerging Markets, a member of the board of directors of CD Holdings, Compliance & Conflicts Committee and the Private Equity Investment Committee. He has over 30 years of private equity, corporate finance, and industry experience. Prior to joining us, Janusz was head of Central and Eastern European private equity at Allianz Specialized Investments (formerly Dresdner Kleinwort Capital), having previously been deputy chairman and managing director of PTP-Kleinwort Benson. He has also been chief executive of a UK public company and was a member of the Wilton Park Advisory Council (a Foreign and Commonwealth Office agency). Janusz is a non-executive director and trustee of Computer Aid International (a UK-based charity) and is a past Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He holds an MBA from the University of Aston.
