Jason joined Baird's San Francisco office in 2012 and focuses on capital markets and M&A advisory services in the Consumer sector, with primary focus on restaurants and retailers. Prior to joining Baird, Jason was Managing Director of Corporate Development for The Vincraft Group, a private equity fund focused on the wine industry, where he managed the sourcing, acquisition and operations of portfolio companies. Prior to The Vincraft Group, Jason was a senior banker at Cowen & Company, where he advised restaurant, specialty retail, apparel and e-commerce companies.
