I am an entrepreneur, which I would liken to a roller coaster ride that never seems to stop. With my business partners, I have spent my entire adult life building businesses. We have had success and we have tasted failure more than once. The most important thing I have learned over the last 25 years is that RELATIONSHIPS ARE EVERYTHING. Due to the great partners and team members I work with, I have others to celebrate the wins with and, likewise, others to help pick me up if I stumble. In my role at College Works Painting I interact with some of the most amazing young people in this country. They are driven, intelligent, honest, and fun. Although there is a significant age difference, I truly enjoy the opportunity to have conversations with these future entrepreneurs, either about the business or how to make an impact on the world.
