Javier is a Principal at o15 Capital Partners, where he leads the sourcing, execution, and management of private credit and equity investments. Before joining o15, he served as a Vice President at Truist Securities, working across healthcare services coverage, M&A, capital markets, and underwriting credit solutions for private equity–backed healthcare buyouts. His earlier experience includes roles at Boyne Capital, CVS Health, and BMO Capital Markets. Javier holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Atlanta
