Jay is the Co-Founder of FreshLime, a cloud-based customer retention platform for SMB's. At FreshLime Jay is responsible for the overall direction and strategy at the company. Prior to founding FreshLime he was the CSO at Deluxe Corporation, Jay helped define and evangelize the Small Business Services unit and its product strategy. Prior to his role at Deluxe, Jay was the founder and CEO at OrangeSoda, a leader in online advertising solutions for SMB’s. OrangeSoda was acquired by Deluxe in May 2012. Jay was responsible for all aspects of the company's operations and strategy, including product development, technology development, sales and marketing. Prior to founding OrangeSoda, Jay was the founder of ah-ha.com, a leading Pay-Per-Click advertising company. ah-ha.com was acquired by Marchex in February 2003. He also advises and mentors a number of other Start-ups businesses in his home state of Utah.
