Jay brings more than 25 years of experience in software development to organizations he works, most recently focusing on social networking services in Mobility & Telco markets. Jay was a founding employee and CTO of UXP Systems that was acquired by Amdocs in 2018. He is currently the CTO of Amdocs Media and is directly responsible for R&D for the Identity and Commerce division.
