Jay Mandelbaum

Jay is an independent advisor, investor, and board member for private growth companies focusing on financial services, mobile commerce, and digital marketing. Earlier in his career, he was an Executive Vice President on the Operating Committee at J.P.Morgan Chase & Co. Jay also served as CEO of Smith Barney’s Private Client Division as well as a Vice Chairman of Salomon Smith Barney and member of Citigroup’s Management Committee. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
