Jayee Koffey is the Chief Enablement and Global Affairs Officer at BNY. She is a member of the BNY Executive Committee. Jayee is responsible for commercial enablement including business and functional risk and controls management and marketing, external and internal communications, as well as broader global affairs. In addition, Jayee is the Executive Sponsor for the Women’s Initiative Network, and the chair of the BNY Foundation. She also serves on the board of directors of the French-American Foundation. Jayee joined BNY in 2022. Previously, she held a variety of leadership roles at Goldman Sachs across risk, regulatory relations, ESG, finance and international markets. Earlier in her career, Jayee was a private equity investor and an investment banker. Jayee holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and completed her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, California and the University of Auckland. Jayee resides in New York City with her husband and three children.
