JCE Group AB, or the “JCE Group”, is a privately owned international and diversified investment company headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden. As we believe in a decentralised organisation and local decision making, the JCE Group head office consists of a small team of only about 15 people. The JCE Group’s investment portfolio is divided into Equity Investment and Asset Management. Equity investments includes all unlisted companies and venture investments and Asset Management includes all public traded companies and securities. For unlisted core holdings, our ambition is to be the largest shareholder in the company (normally >50%) and to be able to exercise active ownership. Our investment horizon is undefined as we do not invest external capital, forcing us to exit within a specific time frame.
