Jeanne Bayless was the CEO at Innovation Catalyst Inc. Ms. Bayless joined STAR in 2002 when she became a Managing Partner in our office in the United States. Before joining STAR, Ms. Bayless served as Director of Strategic Investments for Intel Capital. Ms. Bayless was also the Founder, CEO and President of AnswerSoft, a company providing software for start-ups focused on automating their inbound call center operations. AnswerSoft was acquired by Davox Corporation in 1998 and Ms. Bayless assumed the role of VP of Marketing after the acquisition. She then went on to function as VP of Marketing for NetBoost Corporation, a start-up specializing in developing solutions for accelerating network applications. NetBoost was acquired by Intel Corporation in 1999. She attended Texas A&M University.
