Horsley’s practice focuses on strategic tax management for high net-worth families and privately-held businesses, including income and estate/gift tax planning and compliance, and charitable planning. Horsley works with clients all over the U.S., including multi-state businesses. Horsley also specializes in transferable tax incentives. He works with businesses in the film and entertainment industry to monetize Georgia film credits, and with other businesses looking to utilize tax credits and incentives to minimize tax. He also manages federal and multi-state tax reporting for investment partnerships. Prior to the formation of CoNexus, Horsley was a tax partner with the Atlanta CPA firm Roddy, Horsley, Dillon & Gault, LLC.
