Jeff Parks is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Riverwood Capital. Jeff co-heads the Firm and has been involved since inception in the development of the Riverwood Capital franchise and the scalability journey of several of Riverwood’s portfolio companies. Prior to establishing Riverwood Capital, Jeff was an investment executive at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), where he focused on large scale leveraged buyout investments in the technology sector, and an investment professional in the Principal Opportunities Fund at Oaktree Capital Management, where he specialized in private equity investment in distressed companies. Earlier in his career, Jeff was an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank in Los Angeles. Jeff has extensive experience investing in global technology companies.
