Jeff Thermond

Jeff Thermond is Board Chairman of Talari Networks. He is also a Venture Partner at XSeed Capital. He has been involved in Information Technology and Computer Networking for over 30 years, both in public and private companies. Prior to XSeed, Jeff was Chief Executive Officer of Woven Systems, a data center Ethernet start-up. Before that, Jeff served as Chief Executive Officer of Epigram, which he sold to Broadcom for $498M in 1999. He stayed with the firm for six years, leading their entry into the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular businesses – businesses with several hundred million dollars in revenues when he left, that are approaching $2B today. In his previous role as Vice President and General Manager at 3Com, Jeff took the struggling Network System Division (formerly Bridge Communications, which was acquired by 3Com) from $60M of revenue and -20% Operating Income to nearly $400M in revenue and 40% Operating Income.
