Jeffrey H. Strasberg

Jeff Strasberg has been with Ridgewood Capital since its inception, and assumed the role of CFO in April 2005. In May 2007, he also became the CFO of Ridgewood Renewable Power. Jeff has held various CFO roles for over 20 years. He has directly participated in raising approximately $500 million in debt and equity, led M&A transactions of approximately $1 billion and took a manufacturing company public. Earlier in his career, Jeff was a corporate officer of NERCO, a Fortune 500 company engaged in oil and gas development and coal mining, where he was responsible for all SEC reporting, including its IPO. He has also served as a divisional CFO for PacifiCorp, a diversified utility. Jeff began his career with Price Waterhouse, specializing in publicly-traded clients. Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors of Ethertronics, Drill Map and NRG Dynamix and a Board Observer of Novariant. Jeff is a CPA and received a BS from the University of Florida.
