Mr. Mark is the Chief Administrative Officer of CM Equity Partners and joined the firm in December 2015. Mr. Mark was a Director in the Risk Arbitrage Group at Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to that he spent 18 years at Bear, Stearns & Co. While at Bear he was a Managing Director in the Risk Arbitrage Sales Group.
