Jeffrey is a founding partner of our San Diego and Los Angeles offices. He has extensive experience representing emerging growth companies, public corporations, venture capital and private equity firms, and investment banks. Jeff has represented a wide variety of clients—ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises—in hundreds of transactions, and has extensive experience structuring and negotiating venture capital and private equity financing transactions. Jeff previously served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer at Kinzan, Inc., a San Diego-based Web services software company, where he managed the financial and legal affairs of the company.
