Mr. Pender is a Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Credibly. Pender is a member of the Private Equity Investment/Operations Team and assists in the management and oversight of portfolio company initiatives including, but not limited to technology. Mr. Pender’s 30 years of global IT experience includes leadership responsibilities in the public and private sector as well as extensive international experience. Prior to joining Z Capital, Mr. Pender was responsible for the national law enforcement systems operated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), including NCIC, IAFIS, NICS and supporting over 18,000 law enforcement agencies across the United States. Most recently, Mr. Pender was the Chief Information Officer of the FBI and an Executive Assistant Director, responsible for all aspects of information technology within the FBI.
