Jerry Coleman is co-founder and co-CEO of OfferPad. Coleman is a seasoned entrepreneur and has extensive experience in real estate contract law, management and finance. Coleman is a pioneer in the institution single family rental industry; he partnered with the Blackstone Group, a private equity firm, to create Invitation Homes, bringing in more than $10 billion in investment into the single family rental industry. During his partnership with Blackstone Group LP, he acquired, renovated and managed upwards of 50,000 investment properties and managed more than $108 billion in investment capital within the single-family space. Coleman also co-founded Alliance Investment Group, which has acquired and entitled, developed and help over 10,000 acres of land in Southwest, and Elevation Solar, which is focused on bringing clean, affordable solar power to thousands of homes and businesses across the United States.
