NATA specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of high-purity electronic materials. Relying on the advantages of technology accumulation for more than 30 years, the company has successively conquered the industrialization of the whole series of MO source products of the national 863 plan, the R&D and industrialization of the national "02-special" high-purity electronic gas (arsine, phosphine), and the precursors of ALD/CVD.
