Jill joined ICEX in January 2012 as a member of the Corporate Venturing team. Prior to joining ICEX she spent 2 years as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Volition Capital, a growth equity firm in Boston and 6 years as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Fidelity Ventures, a global subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. Prior to Fidelity Ventures, Jill held several executive positions at Fidelity, including her role as Chief Information Officer for the Fidelity Management Trust Company and Chief Information Officer for Fidelity Pricing and Cash Management Services. She also served as Senior Vice President for Fidelity Investments Systems Company, where she was responsible for the company’s Customer Relationship Management organization. Prior to joining Fidelity, she worked at State Street Corporation for 16 years, where she was Senior Vice President & Division Head for State Street’s Mutual Fund Information Services Division.
