Jim Ousley has extensive experience as a board member of several technology companies including those in the IT, products and services, cloud/hosted solutions and telecommunications industries. He has held executive leadership positions at numerous global technology companies serving as CEO of Vytek Wireless Corp., CEO and president of Syntegra, Inc. USA, a subsidiary of British Telecommunications Group, and president and CEO of Control Data Systems prior to its acquisition by Syntegra.
