Mr. Lee is a managing director in Oaktree’s GFI Energy Group, which executes the Power Opportunities investment strategy. He is involved in all aspects of GFI Energy’s investment activities including identifying and investing in companies well positioned to capitalize on growth opportunities in our target sectors, and working with our portfolio companies to help drive shareholder value creation. Mr. Lee currently serves on the boards of MWH Constructors and System One Services. He previously served on the boards of Contract Land Staff, Horizon Solar Power, OpTerra Energy Group, Remedial Construction Services (RECON), SitelogIQ and Trench Plate Rental Co., and was an observer on the board of Osmose Holdings. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2009, Mr. Lee began his career at Merrill Lynch in the global industries investment banking group, where he focused on providing debt and equity capital raising and M&A advisory for diversified industrials and engineering & construction companies.
