Joanne Lee

About

Joanne Lee is the vice president at Netrove Ventures Group. Joanne's experiences cover investment, corporate finance and advisory work in the Southeast Asia and China. She has been actively involved in various corporate exercises such as restructuring, M&As and IPOs and was part of the team managing the successful IPO for Galasys PLC in 2014. She is also extensively involved in advising and managing early stage start-ups companies in Asia. Prior to joining Netrove, she was a Senior Associate in OSK Investment Bank Berhad (now known as RHB Investment Bank Berhad) under its management training program. She holds a BSc Actuarial Mathematics and BSc (Hons) Economics from University of Michigan.
