He executes buy-side and sell-side mandates across SaaS, fintech, payments, media, gaming, and emerging digital verticals, with transactions ranging from USD $1M to $500M. Joash works with strategic acquirers, listed entities, private investors, and founders across Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to founding Acquiry, he built and exited multiple digital ventures, giving him an operator-led perspective on value creation and exit strategy that informs every advisory engagement.
