Jocelyn Lefebvre Sagard’s Founding Partners. Has over 30 years of operational and financial experience with many prominent organizations. Began his career in 1980 at Arthur Andersen in Montreal, then in Europe. Jocelyn joined the Canadian manufacturing group MIL in 1986, holding a number of top executive positions while also serving as CEO of Vickers Inc., one of the group’s main subsidiaries. He Is a graduate from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montreal.
