Joel Clark is a co-founder and CEO of the Columbus, Ohio based start-up Hottest On Campus (HottestOnCampus.com). Joel is a 20 year old English major at Ohio State University and a hobbyist programmer. He met HOC co-founder Zach Boerger through Ohio State's entrepreneurship club, the Business Builders Club in the winter of 2010.
