Joey has extensive experience in investment management, investment banking, risk management, strategy and executive financial management. Joey is co-founder and CEO of Monash Private Capital and was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, he chaired the Investment Committee, was closely involved in a number of its principal investment and funds management activities either as a director or board attendee, and had oversight for strategy and internal acquisitions for the Bank. Prior to his role as CFO, Joey was one of the founding members of Investec’s corporate finance advisory division working across a range of private equity and corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, privatisations, capital raisings and strategic corporate advice.
