About

Joey Mason joined M Ventures as Head of the Life Sciences Fund in April 2018. He has spent his career in the life sciences sector, most recently as an independent board director and adviser to a number of publicly-listed and private European companies from 2015 – 2017. Joey was a General Partner with the venture capital firm, Delta Partners, for 10 years from 2004, where he made and exited investments in the EU and US across a range of health care sectors. During this period, he served as Member, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer of InvestEurope (formerly EVCA). Prior to this Joey co-founded and was Managing Director of Eumom Ltd, a women’s health internet business in the UK, Ireland and DACH. Joey was Corporate Development Director at Biotrin plc, a VC-backed immuno-diagnostics company from 1995 – 1999. He was a healthcare corporate finance analyst with Morgan Stanley International in London and a director at Technomark Consulting Ltd, a corporate finance advisory firm over a 5-year period
