Mr. Sullivan is a Senior Managing Director of Investments for Relational. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. Since joining the Firm in 1998, he has been integrally involved in Relational Investors’ Investment Committee’s decision process, communications with portfolio companies, and strategy development and implementation for each portfolio company.
