John is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in technology investing, executive management, and product development that includes successful IPOs and U.S. patents. As a co-founder and General Partner at Arrowpoint Ventures, he focuses on software and services, communications and wireless, and Internet and new media. Prior to co-founding Arrowpoint, John was a General Partner where he led investments in Application Security; ChannelAdvisor; Recordant Technologies; Aspeed (acquired by SIMtone) and SIMtone Corporation. John joined Kodiak from Battery Ventures where, as a partner, he focused on software and e-business sectors and originated private equity investments totaling more than $40M.
