John is Executive Managing Director of Bayside Capital. Since joining H.I.G. in 1993, he has been responsible for investment origination, transaction negotiation, and portfolio company oversight. John has more than twenty years experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and strategic consulting. He has led or participated in more than 50 successful middle market transactions with a combined aggregate value of more than $3 billion. Before joining H.I.G. Capital, John directed domestic and international assignments for Fortune 500 clients at Bain & Company, a leading worldwide management-consulting firm. His assignments focused on distribution strategy, manufacturing effectiveness and organizational design across a wide variety of industries. Prior to Bain & Company, John was the Assistant to the President of Chemed Corporation, (CHE, NYSE), a $500 million specialty chemical company.
