John Chang is a General Partner and co-founder of Access Ventures LLC. Aside from managing the fund's day-to-day operations, he serves on the investment committee and also focuses on marketing the fund's activities. Prior to co-founding Access Ventures in 2017, John spent 25 years in international finance participating and overseeing the expansion of global investment banks in Asia Pacific region. John's most recent position was as APAC Co-Head of Equities and Head of Distribution for Barclays Capital Asia Limited. In this role, he was responsible for the management and strategic development of the firm's research, sales and trading divisions for the investment bank in the APAC region.
