John Hamilton has more than 25 years of executive and managerial experience in the areas of business investing, workforce development, affordable housing, and energy conservation and in the for-profit, nonprofit and government sectors. He has successfully placed more than $10 million in growth capital in New Hampshire businesses for their acquisition, turnaround or new-product-introduction strategies. In a previous stint at the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, John founded the Concord Area Trust for Community Housing (now CATCH Neighborhood Housing), a private organization that develops affordable housing.
