John has a strong background in sales and marketing and developing early-stage companies. As CEO of Demjim Group Inc., a marketing rep firm primarily focused on creating retail logistics programs for some of the Top 100 retailers, executing over $165 million in project sales. Additionally, John is currently employed by the National Football League as an on-field Referee, having worked in the league for the past 23 years. In 2011, he worked the highest level game in his profession, Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, TX-Green Bay Packers vs. Pittsburgh Steelers. He has worked multiple playoff assignments, including Wild Card, Divisional, and Championship games.
