John (JZ) Zdrodowski

John Zdrodowski is Vice President of Intel Capital, Managing Director of the Software and Services sector, and a voting member of Intel Capital's investment committee. In this capacity, Zdrodowski leads cross-functional teams that source, structure and negotiate strategic transactions ranging from equity investments, M&A, licensing, and other external partnerships related to Intel’s software and security efforts. Having joined Intel as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team in 2005, Zdrodowski led acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions for Intel on a global basis. Zdrodowski has worked with a range of business units during his tenure at Intel Capital, including those focused on client computing, networking, mobility, data centers, memory, foundry, software and services, security, graphics, optical components, and healthcare. He won an Intel Achievement Award in 2016 for his contributions related to breakthroughs in mask manufacturing and pattern
