John Kolaczynski

John is responsible for designing the mechanical components of Airware’s product and also oversees the UAV Systems group, which performs in-house UAS integration and flight testing. Previously, he was Head of Research and Development at Triangle Package Machinery Company. There, he led mechanical development of automated industrial packaging equipment, completed modernization of several product sub-systems and headed all mechanical engineering aspects of new product development and design. Prior to that, John worked at Boeing, where he worked on conceptualization, design, analysis and testing of mechanical components and subsystems for unmanned underwater vehicles and development and production aircraft.
