John Orr

John Orr serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Ascent Capital Group, Inc., formerly Ascent Media Corporation. Prior to joining Ascent, John held a number of positions at Liberty Media including Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to joining Liberty Media in 1999, John served in various finance and corporate development roles at TCI ventures and The Quaker Oats Company. John received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado.
