Mr. Witten serves as general counsel of Stonehenge. Mr. Witten was formerly Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. where he was responsible for providing transactional legal support and coordination for Banc One Capital's low income housing tax credit, asset securitization, mezzanine lending, private placement and other business groups. Prior to joining Banc One Capital, he was a partner in the corporate finance group in the international law firm of Squire, Sanders and Dempsey. Mr. Witten received a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, an MBA in Corporate Finance, with honors, from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Wittenberg University.
